Be Real is top lot at Brightwells Blenheim Elite Event Horse Auction

Be Real, a four-year-old by Ramiro B out of a Puissance mare, was the top lot at the Brightwells Blenheim Elite Event Horse Auction at Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials on Friday 18th September.

The bay gelding, lot 11 in the catalogue, sold for £23,000 to US eventer Jennifer McFall, who is competing at Blenheim this weekend.

Young British rider Sam Ecroyd signed for lot 2, Goteus S. The four-year-old son of Ustinov out of a Ramiro Z mare made £15,000, and the same price was raised for lot 17, a grey six-year-old mare by Up To Date out of an Abantos mare.
