BE Demonstration
British Eventing last year showcased their popular Bailey’s Jump Training series in an interactive demonstration on Thursday and Friday in the Blenheim Attractions Arena, followed by a Question and Answer session in the Learning Area.
Highly respected and experienced BE Accredited Coaches Nick Gauntlett and Jonathan Chapman delivered the demonstration, which took the form of a ‘mini’ Jump Training Competition. The two Coaches kicked it all off with a course walk to which audience members were invited to participate, and then warmed up the riders before putting them through their paces over the Jump Training course. Riders received feedback from one of the Coaches before jumping the course again, using the Coach’s feedback to improve technique and style.

Heart Of England PC Musical Ride

Heart of England Pony Club are located in the centre of the country near Coventry. They are a small urban branch with just over 40 members. They participate in most disciplines including dressage, show jumping and eventing, with members ranging from four years old to 24! They enjoy doing musical display rides at local agricultural shows and at the pony club championships and really enjoyed doing the display at Blenheim last year. Some of members are also competing in the Eventer challenge on Friday. The members enjoy practicing for the display and it takes a lot of skill and precision to get all the moves on time to the music.
