Friday, July 31, 2015 - 14:30

Would you like to walk the Cross Country course at Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials (17th-20th September 2015) with a top rider?

On the Thursday and Friday of this year’s horse trials – 17th and 18th September – the country’s most prestigious CCI/CIC3* event is offering members of the public the chance to gain fascinating insight from top competitors about how to ride the Cross Country tracks at Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials.

The course walks are in aid of the event’s nominated charity for 2015, SeeSaw, which offers grief support for children and young people in Oxfordshire.

Event Director Mandy Hervieu said: “Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials is renowned for its stunning parkland setting and its interesting and challenging Cross Country courses. This is a unique chance to get close to our exciting and demanding fences, and learn how the very best riders prepare for and tackle our Cross Country tracks, while making a donation to a very worthwhile cause.”

Tickets for the walks cost £20 per person (all profits to SeeSaw), which should be bought in addition to event tickets, starting from £11 for a Thursday adult admission. Please note that all accompanied under-12s are entitled to a free entrance ticket.
