New business lounge launched

Monday, June 29, 2015 - 15:15

In conjunction with Clarendon Business Centres, Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials is proud to launch a new concept of flexible working for business people at its 2015 event (17th-20th September).

As the first two days of the highly popular horse trials – Thursday 17th and Friday 18th September - take place during the working week, Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials is offering a business lounge on those days.

It can be difficult to attend to an important work matter while visiting an outdoors event, and this facility will offer the perfect place in which to do so. It will be an ideal venue for business meetings, and will enable anyone visiting the event to attend to business in a suitable environment.

This special, quiet area will be situated alongside the main arena, offering excellent views of the Dressage taking place there. It will be equipped with working areas with phone lines, wi-fi, copiers, and scanning facilities.

It is available to all attending the event for an upgrade fee of £50 per person, which will include ad lib soft drinks, coffee and tea, plus a high-quality buffet lunch.

Ken Cooper, Chairman of Clarendon Business Centres, said: “We are extremely excited to be hosting the first business lounge at Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials."

“With mobile devices, so many people work from a variety of weird and wonderful places these days.  It is now very easy to take a day out of the office while still staying in touch with the business; you need just two things - decent wifi and somewhere to take a quiet call. This facility at Blenheim will enable you to do that.”

Clarendon Business Centres has locations in Oxford, Marble Arch, Fulham, Bromley, Bournemouth and Bracknell, and the company has been providing established and new businesses with flexible office space for the past 15 years.
